Project Overview
Party App rented equipment for weddings, parties and corporate events in Qatar. Like most rental businesses at that stage, it ran on manual processes — availability checked by phone, reservations tracked by hand. That works until it doesn't: double-bookings, items promised twice, and a lot of staff time spent confirming what was free.
The fix had to work on both sides at once. Customers needed to see what was actually available and book it without a phone call. The business needed inventory and reservations to update in real time, so the availability a customer sees is the availability that exists.
