Project Overview
Mala3b launched as the biggest sports venue app in Qatar, covering more than 10 venues and over 20 grounds. What made the brief unusual is that Mala3b runs every one of those venues itself. That changed the design problem: this wasn't an aggregator pulling availability from third parties and hoping it was current — it was a booking app where the calendar could be the actual truth of what's free right now.
