KH Medicals — trading as Khalid and Hamad Trading — is a Doha-based distributor of pharmaceutical supplies, medical and biomedical equipment, skincare and health products, serving hospitals, clinics and consumers across the Middle East and North Africa.
That dual audience is the design problem. A procurement officer sourcing biomedical equipment for a hospital and a customer buying an acne cream are using the same website with entirely different needs: one wants specifications, bulk terms and a tender contact, the other wants a clear product page and a checkout. Build for one and you lose the other.
We structured the site so both routes work. The product catalogue is organised by category so retail customers can browse and buy directly, while wholesale and distribution enquiries have their own clear path rather than being funnelled through a consumer checkout.
The build was fully responsive with product pages designed for a catalogue that keeps growing as new supplier lines are added, and a structure the client's team can extend themselves. Search visibility was built in from the start — clean category URLs, unique metadata per product and category, and content built around how healthcare buyers and consumers in Qatar actually search.
Tell us what you’re building. We’ll come back with a scope and a price.
