Project Overview

Ec2health came to us for the design and development of a mobile application in the healthcare space. Healthcare apps carry a design burden most products don't: the people using them are often anxious, sometimes unwell, and rarely in the mood to work out an unfamiliar interface. Clarity isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole job.

We handled art direction, application design and prototyping. The work focused on making a clinical subject approachable: a clean visual system, plain-language labelling over medical jargon, and flows short enough to complete without hunting for the next step.
