For customers, an app to place orders, track deliveries in real time, and access loyalty and referral rewards. Push notifications and in-app messaging closed the communication gap between customer and driver — the single biggest source of frustration in any delivery service. Google Maps integration and address tracking handled the harder-than-it-looks problem of pinpointing a destination in Qatar, and the app was built bilingual in Arabic and English with local e-wallet payment options alongside the usual methods.

For the dispatch team, a web platform covering driver creation and assignment, order and delivery management, bulk order upload via Excel, automated delivery-time estimation, and reporting on both orders and deliveries. The Excel upload mattered more than it sounds: it let business clients hand over a batch of deliveries in the format they already worked in, rather than keying them in one by one.
